Matt Henry is the founder of MongoNet® and the holder of three U.S. Patents 6,424,426; 7,079,275; 7,164,488 and other U.S. and international patents pending. Matt brings 15 years of digital imaging, printing, semiconductor, and software experience from Pacific Lithograph, ColorGraphics, Marshall Industries and Arrow Electronics.

Matt holds a B.S. in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing from the University of Colorado.

Chris has been in the software business for over 20 years starting with N.O.A.A.'s Co2 project, progressing through shrink wrapped software & consulting before moving to web-based companies where he has been since. He has actively directed and participated in MongoNet®'s data-center and software build outs since 2002. He is in his 11th year of responsibility for 24/7 internet service operation that began with his previous position with Clearstation/E*Trade.

Chris holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Colorado.

Peter Kent is currently CFO of Aurora Networks, an equipment provider for the transport of broadband signals to homes and businesses. He has over 25 years of financial experience in Silicon Valley. Previously he was CFO of NetScreen, a high-growth producer of firewall and traffic shaping products; and RadioLan, a wireless Ethernet company. He was also the founder and President of INSIGHT Business Systems, a consulting firm that focuses on financial and strategic issues for early stage technology companies. Founded in 1993, INSIGHT specializes in building highly sophisticated business models, and offering advice and counsel to CEOs and CFOs. Through Insight, Peter has often served as CFO on a part-time basis for a wide variety of companies. Prior to Insight, he helped create Adaptive Corporation in 1989, a high-growth telecommunications company that was sold to Network Equipment Technology Inc. in 1993. Peter also served as CFO for WordStar International in the 80's (formerly Micropro International, Inc.), a high-growth software company that he took public in 1984.

Peter holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Sarah Mason is responsible for the bookkeeping and accounting of MongoNet®. She maintains the day to day financial activities as well as forecasting and budgeting for future operations. She works closely with the CFO in providing analytical tools for the Company's reporting. Sarah was formally the Assistant to the Controller of Discover Brokerage which was acquired by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Prior to that, she was a senior tax consultant with Deloitte and Touche in both the Chicago and San Francisco offices. She has been with MongoNet® since its inception.

Sarah holds a B.S. in Accounting and International Business from Indiana University.
