About MongoNet ®:
Backed by the Founders of Adobe Systems and other investors, MongoNet  ® has developed a patented open scanning service that provides the utility of PDF scanning from the world's ordinary fax machines (U.S.Pat. Nos. 6,424,426; 7,079,275; 7,164,488 and other patents pending). The enterprise service, called MongoFAX ®;, turns the world's 130 million fax machines into branded PDF scanners - with no added hardware or software. The service is targeted for high-headcount, paper-intensive user groups in industries like real estate, insurance, finance and other professional services. The service leverages the ubiquitous nature of fax machines which outnumber installed scanners by approximately a 10:1 ratio.

MongoFAX ®; competes with overnight delivery, courier, postal mail, traditional fax, scanning and archiving services. MongoFAX ®; empowers anyone to scan paper-base contracts to any of the world's two billion email users without the need for Unified Messaging numbers on the receiving side. The service essentially delivers scanning functionality by connecting the world's ordinary fax network to the world's email addresses.

The MongoFAX ®; platform provides advertisers with a brand new, highly-targeted marketing delivery platform. The service automatically injects the advertiser's HTML branding, color logo and clickable links into the body of each MongoFAX ®; email transmission. Advertisers email advertisements are automatically pushed with every scanned transmission within a given paper-intensive user group. For example, MongoFAX ® can deliver a clickable and trackable advertisement for a "Home Phone, Internet, TV Package Bundle" between every scanned real estate transmission, enabling the advertiser to reach the extremely coveted "New Mover Market" (during the paperwork process while in the middle of purchasing a new home). The service is 100x more targeted than paid search at a fraction of the cost. All you need is the Email Cover Page. Click here to see how it works (play with audio): How MongoFAX ®; works

In addition to our rapidly growing F1000 enterprise business, MongoNet  ® recently released a new web-based, pay-per-use service called MongoSCAN ®. This new service enables users to print cover pages online; enabling would-be users who do not have access to the enterprise MongoFAX ®; solution.
